Welcome to ngaji.ai! By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using the application.

2. Subscription and Payment

• Auto-Renewable Subscription: ngaji.ai offers premium subscription plans.
• Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account upon purchase confirmation.
• Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renewal is disabled in your account settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Pricing: Subscription prices are displayed within the app and may vary by region. Any changes to pricing will be communicated in advance.

3. Cancellation

You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.

Once canceled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for unused portions of the subscription.

4. Account and Access

You can access ngaji.ai without an account, but logging in is required to use premium features.

Free users have limited access:

• Limited to one lesson per day
• Limited to one exam per day
• Limited to five AI-assisted pronunciation assessments per day in the Tadarus feature

When free users reach their daily access limit, they will be prompted to upgrade to a premium subscription.
